Q. I see only one traditional jigsaw puzzle. Am I missing something?
A. No, you're not missing anything. As a new company, we currently have the one puzzle. We have plans, though, to eventually have dozens!

Q. If I sign up for your email list, how will you use it?
A. We'll send out occasional announcements, such as flash sales, when our blog is updated, and other items of interest. Don't worry, we won't bombard you! And, each email will have an unsubscribe link below. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time (though we'd miss you!)

Q. When does my order ship?
A. Typically the very next day (unless it's the weekend). Occasionally, there may be a small delay, but we'll keep you informed if there is!

Q. Will I know when it ships?
A. You sure will! You'll be automatically notified via email or messenger (if you've opted in for that) once your order ships. You'll be given the USPS tracking number so you can follow your puzzle as it makes it's way to you!

Q. How do I contact you?
A. Here's our contact info. We're welcome to hear from you at any time, and we promise we'll respond as soon as humanly possible.

Q. How do I leave feedback?
A. Please contact us here, or you're welcome to message us via our Facebook page.

Q. Will I be charged sales tax?
A. Only orders within the state of Texas are charged taxes. Not our rules, we just have to follow them.
